Ever wondered how Anjiro Initiative, our nonprofit 501(c)(3) public charity is governed? Our leadership team consists of a Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary who make up the Board, supported by expert Advisory Board members who provide valuable insights on an as-needed basis.

The Board meets quarterly to approve the budget, partnerships, and policies that guide our staff's day-to-day work. Our staff, led by a CEO and COO, partners with an in-country team in Madagascar to drive operations through monthly meetings and regular check-ins.

Our Madagascar Country Team is comprised of a Head of Programs, Director of Operations, Deputy Director of Programs, Program Assistant, and Chairman of the Program Advisory Committee - an extraordinarily talented group dedicated to making a meaningful impact in Madagascar.
