Partnership Announcement: Anjiro Initiative and Teach for Madagascar

Anjiro Initiative and Teach for Madagascar are pleased to announce that two TALY Corps Volunteers have been deployed to Anjiro to support two public elementary schools, EPP Sabotsy Anjiro and EPP Tsmalonjafy. The volunteers were received by Anjiro Initiative’s Head of Programs Franka Rasolomanantsoa, University Program Manager Heritoavina Razanoelina, students, parents, school principals, and educators.

Teach for Madagascar’s TALY Corps Program was officially established in 2021 to support education in rural areas of Madagascar. Inspired by the Peace Corps, TALY Corps Volunteers live in rural communities for three months or longer.

From September to December 2023, the two volunteers in Anjiro will work to improve the pedagogical skills of FRAM teachers.
